Our office features a
state-of-the-art paperless solution for all patient care. That means all of the
initial paperwork, treatment, re-exams, etc.
are performed electronically.
SECURITY?
All of your information will be protected by the same level of security as
online banking. Better yet, all of your information is backed up every 5-minutes
to 3-different secure servers, so there’s no chance of losing anything.
DIFFICULT?
You don’t need to be a computer geek, but we love it when you are:-) Our system
is very patient friendly, in fact, once you schedule an appointment, you’ll
receive an email confirmation of your appointment and if you scheduled your
appointment several days in advance, you’ll even get a reminder so you don’t
forget.
NO COMPUTER?
No computer or email address, no problem – you can use our dedicated patient
computer at our office to handle everything. Can’t use a computer – well then,
we will either enter all of your information for you or (as a last resort) print
out the paperwork for you to complete the old-fashioned way:-)
BROWSER
For the greatest level of security and optimized viewing, we recommend using
FireFox; you can use whatever you want, but FireFox is preferred. You can
