Yes, we're a paperless office. This helps to give us the most complete set
of information relative to your health and care at our facility - everything we
need to know about you will be right at the tip of our fingers....no more lost
paperwork!
If you're looking at this page, you need help - and, we're here for you!
To login to our system, first you'll need your PIN number - just call
our office at 253-460-4244 and we will assign one for you.
Next, you'll need to click on the link on the left-hand side labeled
"Patients"

You will then be taken to this screen

If you haven't registered yet, click the link that says, "Click here for our secure registration". After you do that, you'll see
this screen:

Enter your first and last name, then the PIN number that
our office assigned you. After you do that, you'll see this screen:

Just complete the requested information - you'll ultimately be
given the chance to choose a username (your email address) and a password -
don't forget your password!
After you have completed the necessary information, you can then
go back to the main screen and login using your username (email address) and
password. If you're not sure where to go, you'll be sent an email with the
correct link. Once you log into the system with your username and password
that you created, you'll be taken to this screen:

Notice the items that are in PINK
- all of these items need your attention so that we have up-to-date information.
After the PINK items have been taken care of, please click on
"NEW CASE INTAKE" - this will tell us why you're coming in to our office and
will speed up your visit. At any time while under our care, if you have a
new injury or new complaint, go to this screen before coming to our office and
complete the "NEW CASE INTAKE" so you can have a timely office visit -
your time is important too:-)
